- Q: How often should I service my Vehicle?

- Q: Will I need insurance for a car I'm buying?
A: YES. Proof of current Maryland liability insurance is required if you're planning to sell or transfer a vehicle. The insurance card must reflect the VIN of the vehicle being sold/transferred, show the new owner's name as the insured, and show the NAIC number or company code; insurance requirements
